At Burfy, we are committed to providing a clear and user-friendly experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our practices for purchases made through the Burfy App using Razorpay or any supported payment method.
Burfy now offers a one-time payment model for access to premium features such as background removal, AI image generation, premium templates, and regional fonts. This means you will be charged only once per selected plan (e.g., Weekly Plan or Monthly Plan), and there will be no recurring or automatic renewals.
At Burfy, we believe in keeping things simple. All premium features are available through easy, upfront one-time payments—no subscriptions, no hidden charges, and no automatic renewals. You pay only when you choose to, with full control over your purchases.
All payments made for Burfy plans are non-refundable. We encourage you to review the features and plan details before making a purchase. As these are digital goods with immediate access to premium services, we do not offer refunds once the payment is completed.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Partial usage or dissatisfaction after access is granted
ncompatibility with your device or internet connectivity
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
A technical error occurred during payment resulting in an incomplete service.
If you believe you're eligible for a refund, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@burfy.io, providing your account details and transaction ID. Refunds, if approved, will be processed via Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
If you encounter any payment-related issues or have concerns, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business model or legal requirements. You will be notified of any significant changes via the app or website.
